Engagements can range from individual supervisory support through to coordination of experienced operators and support personnel for project-specific workforce requirements.
Ashley Box
Ashley is a highly experienced civil construction and mining supervisor with more than 20 years' experience delivering complex civil earthworks, infrastructure and mining projects throughout Queensland.
Having progressed through the industry as a plant operator, trainer, leading hand and supervisor, Ashley combines extensive technical and operational knowledge with practical project leadership.
Over the past five years, his work has increasingly focused on the management and supervision of major civil construction projects, with responsibility spanning site operations, workforce leadership, contractor and supplier coordination, client relationships, safety performance and programme delivery.
Known for his practical and collaborative approach, Ashley works closely with clients, contractors and project stakeholders to deliver safe, efficient and high-quality project outcomes.
