Her professional background spans human resources and operational leadership roles across the financial services and transport sectors, providing a practical understanding of workplace dynamics, employee relations, industrial relations and organisational risk.
Today, Karlee provides workplace investigation, employee relations and HR advisory support to organisations of varying sizes and operating environments, working directly with business owners and leaders or collaboratively alongside internal HR teams and other professional advisers.
Karlee also has strong connections with the not-for-profit and community sector, contributing her time and professional expertise to selected organisations on a voluntary basis. This experience complements her commercial and operational background and provides valuable insight into the distinct environments in which community organisations operate.
